	France: Certificats d'Économies d'Énergie (CEE)   The French CEE scheme requires energy suppliers, electricity, gas, heating oil, and fuel providers, to finance efficiency improvements for households and businesses. Suppliers earn certificates through verified savings, creating a market where companies can generate or acquire CEEs to meet regulatory obligations.
	Spain: Certificados de Ahorro Energético (CAE)  Spain's CAE system represents verified energy savings as tradable instruments. The scheme enables companies to monetise efficiency projects by generating certificates or purchase them to comply with energy reduction targets.
